This paper discusses the issues unravelled by The UN's Cities without Slums Campaign which has been inappropriately communicated across Africa as a project to eradicate slums. Focusing on Sub Saharan capital of Angola, Luanda. theme equally explores 3S's concept in Architecture − Social, Sustainable and Standard solutions aiming develop Social Housing Program, called MUSSUS, context UN-HABITAT Proficient-EU concepts slum-upgrading, including bioclimatic design communal work. ZEB house is also introduced, renewable energy systems, passive techniques. Mass-construction houses achieved, modular standardisation, but providing adaptability each family' needs. main goal provide community with tools change their environment, significantly improving quality life.
